Order Confirmation      

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 - 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@shopichoice.com

Damages Policy

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@shopichoice.com and we will contact the company and make a claim on your behalf.

Returns and Refunds

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@shopichoice.com. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

Return shipping label must be pre-paid unless the item was factory defective. If the item is eligible for a return due to a factory defect, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. 

When returning an item, please ensure that it is in its original packaging and in like-new condition. This means that the item should be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear or tear. If the item you are returning is being returned for personal reasons, please, be advised, that you will have to pay a 28% restocking fee to help us restock the item in the warehouse. The shipping label will be self-paid as well. Thank you for understanding! 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Refunds

At ShopiChoice, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that meet their expectations. If you receive an item that is damaged due to factory or workmanship issues, we kindly ask you to inspect the packaging of the item(s) upon delivery. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders, so you do not have to worry about extra shipping costs. 

Can I pick up my order directly from ShopiChoice?

We are an online store and currently, we do not have a showroom or a physical store where you can pick up your order. So, unfortunately, no. We prefer that you order online and request it to be delivered to your door. 

How can I track the shipment? 

We will send you tracking information within 24 - 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you are still waiting to receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@shopichoice.com. 

Is it mandatory for someone to be home to accept the delivery?

It is mandatory for someone to be present during the delivery since we use a secure carrier that requires a signature as proof of receipt. Also, to ensure that product(s) received are in good condition upon arrival to prevent further return claims due to broken or missing items. 

Will the carrier carry my shipment to the room of my choice and assemble it?

The carrier company only provides a door-to-door service.

The carrier cannot carry items or assembly the products:

  • inside
  • upstairs
  • removal of items 

If the items are heavy and you are uncomfortable carrying the items, please, make sure you have an additional person to help with the placement of your items in the desired room. 

If you desire, you can choose the option for a white glove delivery where you pay extra to have the item delivered to a certain room and assembled. 

My order has not been delivered yet. What should I do?

If your order is late, please, contact the shipping company first and have your tracking number along with any extra information ready. Second, if you cannot get the help needed within 7 days, contact us at orders@shopichoice.com and include your order number and tracking number, so we can quickly access your order information and communicate effectively with the shipping company. 

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Please, double-check check your address and contact information are correct and accurate before you place your order to avoid changing the address and to save time. 

Assembly 

How do I assemble my item(s)?

You will receive a manual and easy-to-follow instructions to assemble the item. It is advised to have someone assist with the assembly. 

How long will it take to assemble my items?

It depends on the product you have purchased. However, the instructions will be clear and simple to follow. 

Do you provide assembly and in-house placement?

Yes, we give all our customers an optional choice to pay extra for assembly services. We will be working with companies that provide superior services.

Are your prices in US Dollars ($)?

All prices are in US Dollars ($).

Does the indicated product price include tax?

No, tax is not included in the product price. Estimated taxes will be shown at checkout. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and MetaPay. 

Returns & Refunds

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please, inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any manufacturing damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Also, while doing that take pictures and send them to returns@shopichoice.com and we will contact the supplier for a return authorization number. 

What if I wanted to cancel my order?

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Please, contact returns@shopichoice.com, so we can provide the return address. The address we have under our company name is a virtual address and sending the item to that address will cause you and the carrier company confusion and extra charges on you. So, please, contact us before sending anything back.

Are there extra fees associated with returns?

 If the item is a factory defect, no. 

However, if the item is completely fine and you still would like to make a return. Please, be advised that there will be a restocking fee of 28% of that item's price taken from the refund. 

Please note that certain items are non-returnable. Items that are marked as final sales are non-returnable.

How does someone initiate a return?

If the return is initiated for an item that was delivered with factory defects, take pictures and take notes of the damages while you sign the carrier papers. Then, contact us at returns@shopichoice.com so we can handle the issue from there. 

If the return is initiated for an item with no defects, contact us directly also at returns@shopichoice.com. 

What if I receive the wrong item? (wrong item, size, design, or color)

We will resolve the issue once you contact us via returns@shopiChoice.com with your order number. 

What do I do if I am instructed to return my original item but I don’t have the original packaging?

We highly recommend not discarding the original packaging if the item is a factory defect so you can get your refunds.

However, if the item is being returned for personal reasons, you will have to pack it in new packaging appropriately. Once it arrives at the warehouse, the team will inspect the item and see if it will pass the refund policy. You will be responsible for paying the pre-paid shipping for the return and also, pay 28% restocking fee. 

What if I want to exchange my item?

 You will still have to send the original item back by self-paying the shipping label and the restocking fee of 28%. If you have any questions, contact us at returns@shopichoice.com 

Warranty

 What is your warranty policy?

We do not offer any warranty, however, the supplier might have a warranty for the products you ordered. If you need assistance regarding this matter, please contact us at support@shopichoice.com.
