Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@shopichoice.com. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
Return shipping label must be pre-paid unless the item was factory defective. If the item is eligible for a return due to a factory defect, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
When returning an item, please ensure that it is in its original packaging and in like-new condition. This means that the item should be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear or tear. If the item you are returning is being returned for personal reasons, please, be advised, that you will have to pay a 28% restocking fee to help us restock the item in the warehouse. The shipping label will be self-paid as well. Thank you for understanding!
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Refunds
At ShopiChoice, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that meet their expectations. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, items may arrive damaged due to factory or workmanship issues. In such cases, we are more than happy to process refunds for returned items.
If you receive an item that is damaged due to factory or workmanship issues, we kindly ask you to inspect the packaging of the item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please make a note of it when signing for the delivery. Additionally, we kindly request that you send photos of the damaged item(s) to returns@shopichoice.com.
Once we have received the necessary information and confirmed the factory or workmanship damage, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
